- We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy.
- We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
- All approved returns must be returned via mail, with a PRE-PAID shipping label attached, must be postmarked within 10 days of RMA approve, and must be shipped: only to the return address given on your RMA# email.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- We accept New and Slightly Used returned products. (case by case scenarios will vary on acceptance of slightly used products)
Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return request form to receive an Approved RMA#. Return Request forms travel via email, it is important to correctly type your email address, or the RR may not reach our inbox. All Approved RMA's will receive an RMA# via email.
